At Aquafres RO, we stand by the quality of our products. Every new Aquafres RO system comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects.
What’s Included:

✔️ Free repair service during the warranty period for any manufacturing defect.

✔️ Warranty applicable only when presented with the original sales receipt and warranty card at an authorized service center.

✔️ Designed for domestic use, ideal for families of up to 7 members.
What’s Not Covered:

❌ Replacement of consumable parts (filters, membranes, etc.)
-
❌ Breakable parts like plastic housing, glass, and UV lamps.
-
❌ Damage due to misuse, tampering, or unauthorized servicing.

❌ Improper installation or use beyond specified water conditions.
⚠️ Important:
Warranty becomes void if the unit is opened or serviced by unauthorized personnel.
🔧 Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) – Terms & Conditions
Hassle-Free Service | Regular Maintenance | Spare Replacements
With the Aquafres AMC, we take full responsibility for keeping your purifier running smoothly year-round. This contract includes periodic servicing and spare part replacement as per the model and water conditions.
✅ AMC Coverage Includes:

Two periodic services per year for both UV and RO models.

Free breakdown support during the AMC period.

Filter Replacements:
-
UV Purifier: 1 pre-filter candle/year (max)
-
AG Compact Cartridge: 2 pre-filter candles/year (max)

Activated Carbon Replacement:
-
UV: Activated Carbon Granules (twice/year) or Block (once/year)
-

RO Purifier: Spare part replacement within the agreed limit, based on usage and water quality.
❗ Exclusions & Conditions:
The AMC does not cover:
-
Damage from fire, flood, electrical surges, misuse, dust, or breakage.
-
Non-recommended spare part usage.
-
Relocation or customer training visits.
-
Use of the purifier for more than 8 hours/day without prior agreement.
-
False or unnecessary service calls (chargeable).
⏳ Waiting Period for Pump & SMPS Repair:
3 months waiting after new or discontinued AMC. (Not applicable for uninterrupted renewals within 7 days of expiry.)
📦 Consumables Clause:
Part A (consumables) is non-refundable. Part B (service) is refundable on a pro-rata basis.
🔁 Extra Consumables:
Any parts beyond the allowed limit will be replaced on request and charged as per current rates.
💼 Additional AMC Terms:

❌ No coverage for repainting, panel polishing, or decorative parts.

🔍 The unit must be certified in working condition by an Aquafres technician before AMC activation.

🛠️ Missed scheduled service (due to customer unavailability) will be treated as service rendered.
-
📆 Service visits are made only on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

⚠️ Aquafres is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from equipment use.

🏠 Notify us of any address change within 10 days. Relocation & reinstallation is chargeable.

🔒 AMC is non-transferable in case of resale/gift.

🚗 Visits outside city municipal limits are charged at ₹99 per visit.

💳 AMC payment must be made in advance by cash, cheque, or DD in favor of “Pure Aquafres RO Water Purifiers.”

♻️ AMC renewal is subject to product condition and company discretion.

🔄 Upgradation Requirement: If required, must be accepted by the customer at current rates.

⚖️ Jurisdiction: Subject to courts in Delhi only.
