11. Warranty Terms

📍 For Delhi & NCR Customers:

  • 12-month warranty on electrical components.

🌐 For Other Cities in India:

  • Customers are responsible for installation and servicing at their location.

  • In case of an electrical fault, replacements will be couriered.

⚠️ Note: Consumable parts like filters and membranes are chargeable even during the warranty period.

12. Authorized Sales & Dealers

We do not appoint any third-party dealers or sellers on e-commerce platforms to sell on our behalf.
Products sold at unusually low prices or from unauthorized sellers are not covered under our performance, installation, or warranty policies.

Aquafres operates under a proprietorship, and while others may use similar names, we only take responsibility for products sold directly by us with an official Aquafres invoice.
